Cancellation Policy
Since all treatments are reserved for you, we ask that you guarantee all appointments using a verifiable MasterCard or Visa in order to hold your reservation. In the event you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive this notification, you will be charged for the cost of the entire treatment. Unfortunately no exceptions.
